Using a drone to showcase your home gives your buyer a better visual than standard pictures can do alone. Unlike some agents who only do this for higher end homes, I shoot one for every listing I have.

We found Sean through Zillow and we are so thankful! Having the ability to shoot your home in 3D allows buyers to walk through your home before setting up a showing. Having serious buyers walk through your home is essential to getting serious offers on the table. As a Premiere Agent through Zillow, I utilize every tool that brings your home to the top of buyer's search results. The video walk-through, that is only available to premiere agents, gets your home at the top of their search. Very few agents take the time to do this. 

While other brokers only make a YouTube video, that you need to search in YouTube to find, I use Google Adwords to show your home while your buyers are ON YouTube. This is a marketing strategy that many big corporations use everyday.
